We purchased some new equiptment and just had to try it out. Our kids were happy to model for us after their baths tonight. I think they would do just about anything to put off going to bed, but we did have a lot of fun taking these photos together.

Today we did an engagment shoot for these two. It was a lot of fun to work with them again. We took Jessi's senior pictures a little over a year ago and had a great time then as well. We are looking forward to their wedding 07/07/07! Jessi also happens to be Lily's Aunt. We have been photographing this family lots this week!

Kadie has been wanting photos with her dog. We finally had time Sunday and did that this week. It was a lot of fun. She is such a willing model. I enjoy photographing her.

Kadie had a bit of a problem getting her dog to look at the camera. She was much more interested in everything that was going on around us.

Something a bit different. I wanted to go for a highkey look. I like to try new things and see what photoshop can do.

During the last few months we took a couple film photography classes at school. During the course of that class, we learned something about night photography, and Molly has become interested in this subject. Here is some of her recent work.

Just wanted to post this photo here because I love this photo of Jon and Mary. They look SO happy. Jay took this at their wedding last November and then edited it when we came home from Louisiana. Mary is really into the whole black and white with a little color type of photographs.

Jay and I shot a wedding with Studio D Friday night. Renee and Tobin were a lot of fun to photograph. They have 3 of the most adorable little girls who were a pleasure to photograph as well. The wedding was at Blackhawk Park which provided a beautiful setting for the wedding. The weather was perfect for Renee despite her worries throughout the week. We had a really good time with the whole family. Best wishes to them all!
